### sch.1-sec.9 Quorum and voting at meetings
At a meeting of the board—
the required minimum number of members form a quorum; and
a question is to be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting; and
each member present has a vote on each question to be decided and, if the votes are equal, the member presiding also has a casting vote.
Subclause (1)(a) has effect subject to clause 15(3) (Voting by interested member).
