### sch.1-sec.10 Taking part in meetings by telephone etc. The board may hold meetings, or permit members to take part in meetings, by telephone, closed-circuit television or another type of communication. A member who takes part in a meeting of the board under a permission under subclause (1) is taken to be present at the meeting. sch 1 s 10 amd 2003 No. 24 s 3 sch (sch.1-sec.10-ssec.1) The board may hold meetings, or permit members to take part in meetings, by telephone, closed-circuit television or another type of communication.
