### sec.41 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may be made about—
the fees payable under this Act; and
the obligations of parties to a small business dispute in relation to the mediation process; and
the practices and procedures of the mediation process.
A regulation may provide for a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of the regulation.
(sec.41-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(sec.41-ssec.2) A regulation may be made about— the fees payable under this Act; and the obligations of parties to a small business dispute in relation to the mediation process; and the practices and procedures of the mediation process.
(sec.41-ssec.3) A regulation may provide for a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of the regulation.
