### sec.28 Mediator may allow interested person to take part in mediation conference
The mediator may allow a person to take part in the mediation conference if—
the mediator is satisfied the person has an interest in the resolution of the small business dispute; and
each of the other parties to the dispute consents.
However, the person does not become a party to the dispute.
(sec.28-ssec.1) The mediator may allow a person to take part in the mediation conference if— the mediator is satisfied the person has an interest in the resolution of the small business dispute; and each of the other parties to the dispute consents.
(sec.28-ssec.2) However, the person does not become a party to the dispute.
- (a) the mediator is satisfied the person has an interest in the resolution of the small business dispute; and
- (b) each of the other parties to the dispute consents.
