### sec.20 Annual report
The commissioner must prepare and give to the Minister, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, an annual report on the functions performed, and activities carried out, by the commissioner during the financial year.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 days after receiving it.
