### sec.15 Removal The Governor in Council may remove a person from office as the commissioner if the person— is guilty of misconduct; or is incapable of performing the functions of the commissioner; or has neglected the duties of the commissioner, or performed the duties of the commissioner incompetently. This section does not otherwise limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 .
