### sec.131 Existing applications for previous licences
If, before the commencement, an application was made under the repealed Act and the application had not been decided, the application must be decided by the chief executive as if the application were an application under this Act.
In this section—
application means an application for—
a pawnbroker’s licence; or
renewal or restoration of a pawnbroker’s licence; or
replacement of a pawnbroker’s licence.
(sec.131-ssec.1) If, before the commencement, an application was made under the repealed Act and the application had not been decided, the application must be decided by the chief executive as if the application were an application under this Act.
(sec.131-ssec.2) In this section— application means an application for— a pawnbroker’s licence; or renewal or restoration of a pawnbroker’s licence; or replacement of a pawnbroker’s licence.
- (a) a pawnbroker’s licence; or
- (b) renewal or restoration of a pawnbroker’s licence; or
- (c) replacement of a pawnbroker’s licence.
