### sec.130 Existing pawnbroker’s licence
A pawnbroker’s licence in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement (a previous pawnbroker’s licence ) is taken to be a pawnbroker’s licence under this Act.
The licence—
is taken to be subject to conditions and restrictions in the same terms, as far as practicable, as the conditions and restrictions to which the previous pawnbroker’s licence was subject; and
expires when the previous pawnbroker’s licence would have expired; and
must not be the subject of renewal, restoration or reinstatement under this Act.
(sec.130-ssec.1) A pawnbroker’s licence in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement (a previous pawnbroker’s licence ) is taken to be a pawnbroker’s licence under this Act.
(sec.130-ssec.2) The licence— is taken to be subject to conditions and restrictions in the same terms, as far as practicable, as the conditions and restrictions to which the previous pawnbroker’s licence was subject; and expires when the previous pawnbroker’s licence would have expired; and must not be the subject of renewal, restoration or reinstatement under this Act.
