### sec.20 Subdivision of land where wholly or partly submerged Notwithstanding that the whole or part of land within an initial lot comprised within the Harbour 1 Residential Zone or the Harbour, River and Waterfront Residential Zone is submerged or subject to inundation or tidal influence, that land may be subdivided by way of a group titles plan of subdivision. However, permanent, above water access is provided from each lot on the group titles plan to the primary thoroughfare or to a secondary thoroughfare, either directly or through common property. s 20 amd 2009 No. 26 s 73 (sec.20-ssec.1) Notwithstanding that the whole or part of land within an initial lot comprised within the Harbour 1 Residential Zone or the Harbour, River and Waterfront Residential Zone is submerged or subject to inundation or tidal influence, that land may be subdivided by way of a group titles plan of subdivision.
