### sec.19 Determination of lot entitlements
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 19 of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , where a secondary lot is subdivided or resubdivided by way of a group titles plan or a building units plan, the aggregate lot entitlement of the lots thereby created for residential purposes shall not exceed, and shall be not less than 90% of, the maximum number of lots specified in respect of that secondary lot in the schedule that accompanied the plan of survey whereby that secondary lot was created.
The provisions of section 19 (2) and (3) of the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 do not apply to any subdivision under this division.
