### sec.51 Prohibition notice preserved
This section applies to an existing direction or prohibition notice relating to recreational water activities health and safety.
The direction or prohibition notice continues in force and may be enforced under the repealed Act, section 118(4), as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
In this section—
existing direction or prohibition notice relating to recreational water activities health and safety means a direction or prohibition notice—
that was given by an inspector under the repealed Act, section 118 as in force immediately before the repeal; and
that could be given by an inspector under applied WHS part 10, division 2 after the commencement of the subdivision.
(sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing direction or prohibition notice relating to recreational water activities health and safety.
(sec.51-ssec.2) The direction or prohibition notice continues in force and may be enforced under the repealed Act, section 118(4), as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
(sec.51-ssec.3) In this section— existing direction or prohibition notice relating to recreational water activities health and safety means a direction or prohibition notice— that was given by an inspector under the repealed Act, section 118 as in force immediately before the repeal; and that could be given by an inspector under applied WHS part 10, division 2 after the commencement of the subdivision.
- (a) that was given by an inspector under the repealed Act, section 118 as in force immediately before the repeal; and
- (b) that could be given by an inspector under applied WHS part 10, division 2 after the commencement of the subdivision.
