### sch.63-sec.9 Eligibility criteria
An applicant is eligible to receive assistance for an eligible project under the scheme if the applicant—
is an eligible landholder; and
demonstrates to the satisfaction of the authority that the applicant—
can contribute at least half of the cost of the eligible project; and
has suffered significant loss of income as a result of the predation of livestock by wild dogs; and
has adequate experience or other qualifications to give the applicant a reasonable prospect of success in completing the eligible project; and
has not previously received assistance under the scheme for an eligible project.
- (a) is an eligible landholder; and
- (b) demonstrates to the satisfaction of the authority that the applicant— (i) can contribute at least half of the cost of the eligible project; and (ii) has suffered significant loss of income as a result of the predation of livestock by wild dogs; and (iii) has adequate experience or other qualifications to give the applicant a reasonable prospect of success in completing the eligible project; and

- (i) can contribute at least half of the cost of the eligible project; and

- (iii) has adequate experience or other qualifications to give the applicant a reasonable prospect of success in completing the eligible project; and
