### sch.49-sec.12 Eligibility criteria—assistance An applicant is eligible to receive assistance under the scheme if the authority is satisfied the applicant has received— conditional approval; and eligible carbon farming advice in accordance with the conditional approval; and a tax invoice for the eligible carbon farming advice. sch 49 s 12 ins 2023 SL No. 48 s 3 - (a) conditional approval; and - (b) eligible carbon farming advice in accordance with the conditional approval; and - (c) a tax invoice for the eligible carbon farming advice.
