### sch.41-sec.11 Applications
For each round of the scheme, an application for assistance under the scheme must—
be made in the approved form; and
be accompanied by the documents stated in the approved form; and
be given to the authority—
on or after the day stated on the authority’s website as the day on or after which the application may be made; and
before the end of the day on which the round of the scheme closes.
Also, an application for assistance under the scheme may be made only if—
the applicant has previously made an expression of interest in applying for assistance under the scheme, whether for the first round or any subsequent round; and
the authority—
decided to accept the applicant’s expression of interest; and
gave the applicant a written notice stating the applicant is invited to apply for assistance under the scheme.
If the authority asks the applicant to give further information to decide the application, the applicant must give the authority the information.
