### sch.41-sec.10 Expressions of interest This section applies if a round of the scheme includes an expression of interest stage. The authority must state on its website, on or before the day the round opens under section 8 , the day that is the last day by which the authority must receive an expression of interest in applying for assistance under the scheme. An expression of interest in applying for assistance under the scheme must— be made in the approved form; and be accompanied by the documents stated in the approved form; and be given to the authority on or before the day mentioned in subsection (2) . The authority must decide to accept or reject each expression of interest made under subsection (3) . If the authority decides to accept an expression of interest, the authority must give the entity that made the expression of interest a written notice stating the entity is invited to apply for assistance under the scheme. If the authority decides to reject an expression of interest— the authority must give the entity that made the expression of interest written notice of the decision; and for part 3A of the Act , the decision is taken to be a decision under section 12 (1) (a) of the Act . sch 41 s 10 ins 2022 SL No. 54 s 4 (sch.41-sec.10-ssec.1) This section applies if a round of the scheme includes an expression of interest stage.
