### sec.35A Chief executive officer to prepare business plan Without limiting section 28 (2) , the chief executive officer must— prepare a business plan for each year; and give the plan to the board by 31 March in the year for which the plan is prepared. The business plan must cover the authority’s operations for the year in which the plan is prepared and the following 2 years. s 35A ins 2004 No. 28 s 18 (sec.35A-ssec.1) Without limiting section 28 (2) , the chief executive officer must— prepare a business plan for each year; and give the plan to the board by 31 March in the year for which the plan is prepared.
