### sec.16A Chairperson to report to Minister
The chairperson must report to the Minister on the performance of the authority’s functions and the exercise of its powers.
A report under subsection (1) must be given—
within 1 month after the end of each quarter; and
at any other time at the Minister’s request.
Also, if the chairperson becomes aware of a matter the chairperson is satisfied may adversely affect the authority’s ability to perform its functions, the chairperson must immediately report the matter to the Minister.
In subsection (2) —
quarter means a 3-month period ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December.

(sec.16A-ssec.1) The chairperson must report to the Minister on the performance of the authority’s functions and the exercise of its powers.
(sec.16A-ssec.2) A report under subsection (1) must be given— within 1 month after the end of each quarter; and at any other time at the Minister’s request.
