### sec.15 Role of the board
The board is responsible for the way the authority performs its functions and exercises its powers.
Without limiting subsection (1) , it is the board’s role—
to decide the strategies and the operational, administrative and financial policies to be followed by the authority; and
to ensure the authority performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way; and
to review annually the performance of the authority’s chief executive officer.

(sec.15-ssec.1) The board is responsible for the way the authority performs its functions and exercises its powers.
