### sec.37 Records to be kept by Corporation of Bishops
The Corporation of the Bishops must keep—
a register of the current addresses of incorporated church entities (other than the Corporation of the Bishops); and
a copy of the constituent documents (if any) of incorporated church entities.
The register and documents—
must be kept at the office of the Corporation of the Bishops in Brisbane; and
must be available for inspection by members of the public, without fee.
The Corporation of the Bishops must notify its address in Brisbane by gazette notice.
The Corporation of the Bishops must also notify a change in the address by gazette notice.
(sec.37-ssec.1) The Corporation of the Bishops must keep— a register of the current addresses of incorporated church entities (other than the Corporation of the Bishops); and a copy of the constituent documents (if any) of incorporated church entities.
(sec.37-ssec.2) The register and documents— must be kept at the office of the Corporation of the Bishops in Brisbane; and must be available for inspection by members of the public, without fee.
(sec.37-ssec.3) The Corporation of the Bishops must notify its address in Brisbane by gazette notice.
(sec.37-ssec.4) The Corporation of the Bishops must also notify a change in the address by gazette notice.
