### sec.36 Records to be kept by chief executive
The chief executive must keep a register showing the names of incorporated church entities.
The chief executive must keep all requests, constituent documents and applications made or given to the chief executive under this Act.
The register, requests, constituent documents and applications must be available for inspection by members of the public, without fee.
