50B Use concession bus ticket when not entitled
(b) uses a concession bus ticket for the travel; and
(c) is not entitled to use the concession bus ticket.
(2) A police officer or authorised person may require a person who uses
or attempts to use a concession bus ticket to travel on a bus service to
produce evidence that the person is eligible to use the ticket to travel
on the bus service.

student card, pensioner card, concession card
(a) is required to produce evidence under subsection (2); and

(b) does not comply with the requirement.

(b) the person produces evidence containing information; and
and
(b) the person makes a statement containing information to the
police officer or authorised person; and
(7) A person must not be prosecuted for an offence against more than
1 of the following provisions for a single journey:
(a) subsection (1);
(b) subsection (3);
(c) subsection (4);
(d) subsection (5);
(e) section 70AQ (1) (Use concession light rail ticket when not
entitled);
(f) section 70AQ (3);
(g) section 70AQ (4);
(h) section 70AQ (5).
(8) In this section:
single journey means a journey for which a single fare is payable.
a single fare payment that allows a person to travel on multiple public passenger
vehicles within a 90 minute period
