### sec.7 Trusts are bodies corporate etc.
A trust—
is a body corporate; and
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
A trust has all the powers of an individual and may, for example—
enter into contracts; and
acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property.
Subsection (2) does not limit a trust’s powers under this or another Act.
A trust does not represent the State.
