### sec.6 Secretary, officers, and employees
The trust shall appoint a secretary and may appoint such other officers as it deems necessary.
The trust may with the consent of any relevant local government for the trust appoint the chief executive officer of such local government to be its secretary, and such chief executive officer may hold both offices.
The secretary shall, subject to the trust, have power to execute documents on behalf of the trust and to affix the official seal thereto and shall also have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed or, in so far as not prescribed, appointed or directed by the trust.
The trust may retain or obtain the advice or services of such technical advisers and experts as it shall from time to time consider necessary.
The trust may employ such employees as it shall deem necessary.
In this section—
relevant local government , for a trust, means a local government that may appoint a member of the trust or may nominate a person to be a member of the trust.

(sec.6-ssec.1) The trust shall appoint a secretary and may appoint such other officers as it deems necessary.
