### sec.5RA Trust committees
A trust may establish committees to advise the trust about matters identified by the trust.
A committee may be made up of persons appointed by the trust from—
members of the trust; and
other persons considered by the trust to have experience in or knowledge about matters to be referred to the committee.
The trust may pay a member of a committee, other than a person who is also a member of the trust, fees and allowances that are—
decided by the trust; and
not more than the fees and allowances payable to a member of the trust.

(sec.5RA-ssec.1) A trust may establish committees to advise the trust about matters identified by the trust.
(sec.5RA-ssec.2) A committee may be made up of persons appointed by the trust from— members of the trust; and other persons considered by the trust to have experience in or knowledge about matters to be referred to the committee.
(sec.5RA-ssec.3) The trust may pay a member of a committee, other than a person who is also a member of the trust, fees and allowances that are— decided by the trust; and not more than the fees and allowances payable to a member of the trust.

- (b) other persons considered by the trust to have experience in or knowledge about matters to be referred to the committee.
