### sec.5P Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of a trust at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is absent from a meeting or the office of chairperson is vacant, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
If the deputy chairperson cannot preside at a meeting under subsection (2) , a member chosen by the members present is to preside.

(sec.5P-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of a trust at which the chairperson is present.
