### sec.5H Term of office
A person holds office as the chairperson or deputy chairperson for the person’s term of office as a member of the trust.
Despite subsection (1) and section 5 (3) and (4) , if a person completes the person’s term of office as the chairperson or deputy chairperson, the person continues to hold the office until the person’s successor is appointed.
A person appointed to fill a vacancy in the office of a member who was chairperson or deputy chairperson does not become the chairperson or deputy chairperson only because of the person’s appointment.
Subsection (3) does not apply to a person appointed under section 5F (2) or (3) or 5G (2) .

(sec.5H-ssec.1) A person holds office as the chairperson or deputy chairperson for the person’s term of office as a member of the trust.
