### sec.11H Other dealings in land are available to trust
Nothing in this part is intended to stop a trust from seeking to achieve the object of this Act in relation to land through dealings relating to land, including, for example, the registration of an easement.
For the purposes of allowing a public utility easement under the Land Title Act 1994 or the Land Act 1994 to be registered in favour of a trust, a trust is taken to be a person authorised to provide a public utility service, as mentioned in—
the Land Title Act 1994 , section 81A , definition public utility provider , paragraph (d) ; or
the Land Act 1994 , schedule 6 , definition public utility provider , paragraph (d) .

(sec.11H-ssec.1) Nothing in this part is intended to stop a trust from seeking to achieve the object of this Act in relation to land through dealings relating to land, including, for example, the registration of an easement.
