### sec.96 Requirement to assist during review
During an external review, any participant must comply in a timely way with a reasonable request made by the information commissioner for assistance in relation to the review.
The commissioner may request that a participant give further and better particulars of a matter.
The commissioner may request that an agency or Minister specifically indicate in a written document the words the agency or Minister considers are exempt information.
Subsection (1) applies even if the participant who is asked for assistance does not have the onus under section 87 .
