### sec.95 Procedure on external review On an external review— the procedure to be followed is, subject to this Act, within the discretion of the information commissioner; and proceedings must be conducted with as little formality and technicality, and with as much expedition, as the requirements of this Act and a proper consideration of the matters before the commissioner allow; and the commissioner is not bound by the rules of evidence and may inform themself on any matter in any way the commissioner considers appropriate.
