### sec.7 Information to be contained in prospective costs document— Act , s 75 This section and schedule 3 prescribe, for section 75 (2) (b) of the Act , information to be contained in a prospective costs document for a prospective resident of a retirement village. A prospective costs document may only relate to— 1 residence contract; and the accommodation unit in which the prospective resident is to reside under the residence contract; and the retirement village where the accommodation unit is situated. (sec.7-ssec.1) This section and schedule 3 prescribe, for section 75 (2) (b) of the Act , information to be contained in a prospective costs document for a prospective resident of a retirement village. (sec.7-ssec.2) A prospective costs document may only relate to— 1 residence contract; and the accommodation unit in which the prospective resident is to reside under the residence contract; and the retirement village where the accommodation unit is situated. - (a) 1 residence contract; and - (b) the accommodation unit in which the prospective resident is to reside under the residence contract; and - (c) the retirement village where the accommodation unit is situated.
