### sec.16 Prescription of operational documents relating to operation of retirement village scheme— Act , s 85 This section and schedule 5 prescribe, for section 85 (1) of the Act , operational documents, relating to the operation of a retirement village scheme, that may be accessed under section 85 of the Act . The scheme operator’s copy of each of the following is prescribed as an operational document, relating to the operation of a retirement village scheme, that may be accessed under section 85 of the Act by a resident of the retirement village to which the scheme relates— a residence contract the resident and scheme operator have entered into; a public information document relating to a residence contract mentioned in paragraph (a) . (sec.16-ssec.1) This section and schedule 5 prescribe, for section 85 (1) of the Act , operational documents, relating to the operation of a retirement village scheme, that may be accessed under section 85 of the Act .
