### sec.46 Sale of caravan under agreement entered into before commencement—prescribed maximum amount for service This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an agreement between a lessor and tenant was in force under section 241 of the Act for the payment of a fee for a service under that section. The amount stated in the expired regulation, schedule 6 for the service continues to apply in relation to the agreement as if this regulation had not been made.
