### sec.45 Existing prescribed house rules continued for 12 months Without limiting section 19 and schedule 7, the rules stated in the expired regulation, schedule 5 are taken to be, under section 267 (1) of the Act , house rules prescribed for rental premises for the transition period. In this section— transition period means the period— starting on the commencement; and ending on 31 August 2026 at the end of the day. (sec.45-ssec.1) Without limiting section 19 and schedule 7, the rules stated in the expired regulation, schedule 5 are taken to be, under section 267 (1) of the Act , house rules prescribed for rental premises for the transition period.
