### sch.2-sec.2-oc.2 Terms of moveable dwelling tenancy agreement— ss 52 and 54 – 56
This part states, under section 55 , the standard terms of a moveable dwelling tenancy agreement.
The Act also imposes duties on, and gives entitlements to, the lessor and tenant that are taken to be included as terms of this agreement.
The lessor and tenant may agree on other terms of this agreement ( special terms ).
If the premises are moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park stated in item 5 ( the park ), any park rules for the time being in force are taken to be terms of this agreement.
A duty or entitlement under the Act overrides a standard term or special term if the term is inconsistent with the duty or entitlement.
A standard term overrides a special term if they are inconsistent.
Some breaches of this agreement may also be an offence under the Act , for example, if—

It is an offence for the lessor or lessor’s agent to enter the premises in contravention of the rules of entry under sections 192 to 199 .
It is an offence if the tenant does not sign and return the condition report to the lessor or lessor’s agent under section 65 .
