### sch.2-sec.1-oc.2 Interpretation
In this agreement—
a reference to the premises includes a reference to any inclusions for the premises stated in item 6.3; and
a reference to a numbered section is a reference to the section in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 ( the Act ) with that number; and
a reference to a numbered item is a reference to the item with that number in part 1 of this agreement; and
a reference to a numbered clause is a reference to the clause of this agreement with that number.
In this agreement, unless the context otherwise requires—
site-only premises means moveable dwelling premises that consist only of the site where a moveable dwelling is, or is intended to be, situated.
