### sec.60 Orders of tribunal relating to noncompliance with s 58 or 59
Subsection (2) applies if a tenant or prospective tenant believes that the lessor or lessor’s agent has contravened or failed to comply with section 58 or 59 .
The tenant or prospective tenant may apply to the tribunal for an order about the contravention or failure to comply.
The tribunal may make 1 or more of the following orders—
that the lessor or lessor’s agent pay an amount to the tenant or prospective tenant;
that a residential tenancy agreement entered into is of no effect;
an order varying the terms of the residential tenancy agreement;
any other order the tribunal considers appropriate.

(sec.60-ssec.2) The tenant or prospective tenant may apply to the tribunal for an order about the contravention or failure to comply.
