### sec.59 Restriction on amounts that may be taken from prospective tenant
The lessor or lessor’s agent must not take an amount from a prospective tenant for a residential tenancy other than the following—
a key deposit;
a holding deposit;
a rental bond;
rent.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
