### sec.57AA Offer of residential tenancy—limitation on rent in advance
This section applies if a residential tenancy for premises is advertised or otherwise offered by a lessor or lessor’s agent.
A person must not solicit or otherwise invite an offer, or accept an offer, of an amount of rent in advance for the premises that is more than the amount required under section 87 (1) .
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
