### sec.568 Existing applications to tribunal This section applies to an application to the tribunal under former section 460, 461 or 462 if— the application was started before the commencement; and at the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with. The tribunal must hear, or continue to hear, and decide the application under former chapter 9 as if the Plumbing and Drainage and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 had not been enacted. s 568 ins 2016 No. 11 s 34 (sec.568-ssec.1) This section applies to an application to the tribunal under former section 460, 461 or 462 if— the application was started before the commencement; and at the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with.
