### sec.567 Applications to tribunal about proposed listings This section applies if— a tenant became aware of a proposed listing by a lessor or lessor’s agent of personal information about the tenant on an existing database before the commencement; and at the commencement, the tenant had not made an application under former section 462. New chapter 9 applies for the purpose of an application to the tribunal about the proposed listing. s 567 ins 2016 No. 11 s 34 (sec.567-ssec.1) This section applies if— a tenant became aware of a proposed listing by a lessor or lessor’s agent of personal information about the tenant on an existing database before the commencement; and at the commencement, the tenant had not made an application under former section 462.
