### sec.490 Delegation by chief executive officer
The chief executive officer may delegate the chief executive officer’s powers under this Act to another appropriately qualified officer of the authority.
In this section—
appropriately qualified , for a power, means having qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
