### sec.488 Chief executive officer not to engage in other paid employment
The chief executive officer must not, without the board’s approval—
engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office of chief executive officer; or
actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on business.
- (a) engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office of chief executive officer; or
- (b) actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on business.
