### sec.439 Production or display of authorised person’s identity card
An authorised person may exercise a power under this Act in relation to someone else (the other person ) only if the authorised person—
first produces his or her identity card for the other person’s inspection; or
has the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the other person.
However, if for any reason, it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1) , the authorised person must produce the identity card for the other person’s inspection at the first reasonable opportunity.
(sec.439-ssec.1) An authorised person may exercise a power under this Act in relation to someone else (the other person ) only if the authorised person— first produces his or her identity card for the other person’s inspection; or has the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to the other person.
