### sec.438 Authorised person’s identity card
The authority must give each authorised person an identity card.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the authorised person; and
be signed by the authorised person; and
include an expiry date; and
identify the person as an authorised person under this Act.
A person who ceases to be an authorised person must return his or her identity card to the authority within 21 days after the person ceases to be an authorised person, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not returning it.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
This section does not prevent the giving of a single identity card to a person under this section and for other provisions, Acts or purposes.
(sec.438-ssec.1) The authority must give each authorised person an identity card.
