### sec.436 Limitation of authorised person’s powers
The powers of an authorised person may be limited—
under a regulation; or
under a condition of appointment; or
by written notice of the authority given to the authorised person.
Notice under subsection (1) (c) may be given orally, but must be confirmed in writing as soon as practicable.
