### sec.412 Ordinary protection and immunity allowed
A conciliator has, in performing the conciliator’s functions, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge performing the functions of a judge.
A person who is a party, or the party’s representative, appearing during the conciliation process for a dispute has the same protection and immunity the person would have if the dispute were being heard in the Supreme Court.
A document produced during, or used for, a conciliation process has the same protection during the process it would have if produced before the Supreme Court.
(sec.412-ssec.1) A conciliator has, in performing the conciliator’s functions, the same protection and immunity as a Supreme Court judge performing the functions of a judge.
