### sec.409 No record of conciliation process
A person must not make a record of anything said during the conciliation process.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
However, the conciliator may make notes of the conciliation process the conciliator considers appropriate.
The conciliator may destroy the notes after the conciliation process ends.
