### sec.408 Conciliation agreements
This section applies if the parties to the dispute reach an agreement on resolving the dispute.
The agreement must be put into writing and signed by or for the parties.
The agreement must not be inconsistent with this Act.
See also section 52 (4) which provides that the terms of the conciliation agreement are taken to be included as terms of the residential tenancy agreement.
(sec.408-ssec.1) This section applies if the parties to the dispute reach an agreement on resolving the dispute.
(sec.408-ssec.2) The agreement must be put into writing and signed by or for the parties.
(sec.408-ssec.3) The agreement must not be inconsistent with this Act. See also section 52 (4) which provides that the terms of the conciliation agreement are taken to be included as terms of the residential tenancy agreement.
