### sec.386 Resident not liable for loss if resident vacates or is removed from premises after receiving notice under s 384
This section applies if the resident of rental premises is given a notice by a mortgagee under section 384 and vacates, or is removed from, the premises.
The resident is not liable for rent or for any other loss or expense incurred by the provider merely because the resident vacates, or is removed from, the rental premises.
