### sec.319 Tenant not liable for loss if tenant vacates or is removed from premises after receiving notice from mortgagee
This section applies if the tenant of premises is given a notice by a mortgagee under section 317 and vacates, or is removed from, the premises.
The tenant is not liable for rent or for any other loss or expense incurred by the lessor merely because the tenant vacates, or is removed from, the premises.
